Your daily evening routine

We recommend 1 teaspoon pure or mixed in your favorite drink in the evening before bedtime as a relaxing ritual.

How to get started

Start with ½ serving and increase to full dose after a few days. Consistency is crucial. Adaptogenic effects unfold through daily use and build up.

The effect always depends on your body individually. We do not have "miracle pills", but natural substances of the highest quality, bioavailability and concentration.
