Pancakes for inner balance

Pancakes are true comfort food! But what if they also promoted inner peace and well-being? Today we're sharing a super quick and delicious recipe with you.

Ingredients:

    • 2 organic eggs
    • 40g rolled oats / 50g almond or coconut flour as a low-carb option
    • a little milk/plant-based alternative
    • 1 mashed banana
    • 1 tsp smaints pure balance liquid extract
    • Sweetener of your choice
    • Coconut oil or butter for frying
    • Spices and toppings of your choice

Preparation:

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl.
  2. Add the eggs and mix well.
  3. Add rolled oats, almond flour, or coconut flour.
  4. Add a little milk / plant-based alternative until the dough becomes slightly more liquid.
  5. Add 1 teaspoon of liquid extract.
  6. Sweeten to your liking.
  7. Heat a pan and add the oil or butter.
  8. Turn the pan to medium heat and pour in the batter. (so the heat isn't too high)
  9. When the pancake slowly becomes firm and golden brown on the bottom, then turn it over.
  10. Serve with toppings of your choice and enjoy.
